All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FinixHub Limited and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
06. Confidentiality

Our services provide professional advice and recommendations. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from client decisions or implementation.
7.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinixHub Limited’s total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7.3 Exclusions
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

- Damages resulting from client’s failure to follow recommendations
- Third-party actions or market conditions beyond our control

9.3 Fees Upon Termination
Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus any expenses incurred.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations
- If unsuccessful, parties may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland
- The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction
